  Ordered 2 Ring Batteries and got notice from USPS they delivered them in mailbox. Checked 15 minutes later no batteries. USPS rules is 45 day wait to request investigation. Told Seller of same. Seller checked with USPS got same info. Without my requesting, Seller forwarded battery immediately. I received the new package and thanked Seller for exceeding their responsibility! Fantastic Gesture!! Thanks mikescomputersales again!

  I am sorry to hear that, I see it says that it was delivered Dec 26, Did you check with your neighbors or the post office? Sometimes things get delivered to the neighbors or even around the block with the same house number. I know that all of the orders are covered for up to $100 insurance through the post office. I hope you are able to resolve this.
