A timeless toy for children of all ages ... up to retirement age and beyond!
2 of 2 found this helpful A timeless toy for children of all ages. I had one 60 years ago and never grew tired of it ... so I bought one for my grandsons.
Some caution needed when playing, so very young, irresponsible or hyperactive children should be supervised lest the metal get strained or tangled due to over-exuberant behaviour. Best of all a) it makes little noise and b) it doesn't need batteries !!

A valuable component of my suite of information
I shall use it in conjunction with other maps and guides already purchased, I never travel based on one guide alone.

A step up in performance
1 of 1 found this helpful My first usb 3 card reader and also the first with the ability to directly read micro SD cards overcoming the need for a converter. Connects well, moves data very efficiency indeed. However, compared to my travelling memory stick, it feels a little insubstantial. I hope that it bears up in everyday use.
