Not too bad.
Bought this for my elder and arthritic small dog (< 20 lbs) to help her get up the stairs from the yard, and, into the car. Her paws slip on the plastic ramp surface. A trip to the hardware store to purchase and apply some adhesive non-slip strips seem to help once she got accustomed to a new texture under her paws again. Seems to be well made, easy to handle.

Sizing
A very well made cap. In my opinion, for my head size, I feel it runs just a little large, in my case having a small little part of the adjustment tab extending past the adjustment strip, but still wearable. (I didn't notice an offering of size ranges when ordering.) However, a very nice quality cap. I attached a photo in case this doesn't make sense.
