Tai Chi?
I don't know what type of Tai Chi this guy was doing, may be his own style, but I didn't care for it. The video seems like it was geared for females because he had no shirt on showing off his workout body. I had to purchase a pump to pump up the ball which looses air after a while. Overall I am not happy with this product, and would not recommend it to anyone.

LMR 400 review
If you don't want your transmission lines to be in question, always use a known good product from a known dealer or manufacturer. This is some stiff coax, very rigid stuff. solid connectors. It's a bit pricey, but if you want good quality guess what you have to do. I'll be using this on most of my radios, and from these people.

AM/PM 30/30
This DVD is great if someone has at least 30 min to devote to doing the morning and evening Qigong exercises. I'm not sure about the breathing in this DVD. I was always told to breath in through the nose and out through the mouth, this DVD tells you to do the exact opposite. This may be because of another style that I'm not familiar with. The exercises are real good. There is some extra stuff that is good too.
