I like the vacuum but whomever designed the attachment wand is a moron.

The chrome attachment wand was designed by a moron - instead of the older models of vacuums where you had a piece that CLICKED and held the two parts together until you UN-CLICKED THEM, this design team of geniuses thought PRESSURE would be a better idea....................wrong Einstein! It's CONSTANTLY falling off and I have to reattach all the time! Other than that, it WOULD BE an excellent product. I swear the people who DO NO USE the products DESIGN THEM these days!
