  I received the item in a timely manner. However I was not at all happy to receive a part that was not usable the way I received it. With no other choice due to time constraints (due to it being a house sale) I had to spend money out of my pocket and my time to repair the item myself. Fortunately the seller offered me a partial refund to compensate for me having to spend money and time to fix the item. Refund has been received. Thank you seller for making amends to remedy the situation.
