Some patience and effort required as packaging and shipping required returning an item that I did not order. Good communication and reasonable response to shipping issues. Only suggestions would be that items like this be described differently than "new" if an option, and if they are selling more old items with batteries, that the packaging be opened and batteries inspected or replaced to insure against corrosion at a minimum.

My Experience with my Olympus FE 5020 12.0 pixels
2 of 2 found this helpful I like the size of the camera, I like the detail it brings out in the pictures altho the 12 pix does not work on some programs for selling. I have less trouble with blur. I wish that the batteries lasted longer.I bought an extra battery so that I could take pictures for a longer length of time. I would recommend anyone wanting to use it for a while to buy an extra battery. I bought the camera for the pixels and the price. I had an Olympus camera previously and trust the name. Overall I feel it was a good investment.
definitely go with two batteries. I take a lot of pictures for down loading. The batteries do not last long with constant picture taking. This is my 5th Olympus camera and would buy again.
