very bad idea from Dyson,
I have low- med pile carpet and this is a joke, the brush stops half of the time, just not happy with it. :(

Will not buy another one when this goes out
3 of 3 found this helpful I will say this it is easy to to use however I don't think it's as durable as the original Hoover Linx cordless stick vac. And I have serious reservations about how long the motor in the brush roll is going to last. Also I wish the battery would last longer like the Hoover Linx cordless stick vac did I can clean my whole entire 900 square foot apartment with one charge this new Hoover it only lasts literally about 15 minutes and that's it

What's a good little powerhead for low carpet
This is good for low-pile carpet like Barber and low pile carpet, not recommended for thick pile carpet or shag
