Exactly As Described
I came across a Rockwell Drill Press at a second hand store. It was in rough shape. I spent several months cleaning it up adding a bigger motor and tracking down components. This pulley works perfectly and I now have an excellent high power drill press that cost pennys on the dollar.

Stock Bulbs Are Better
I put these on my 4 Wheeler to improve the lighting for night driving. These are awful. When you turn them on the lighted visibility is only about 20 feet in front of you. The stock bulbs are nowhere near as bright but at least you can see the trail 100 feet out in front of you.
