Non communication
There is very little communication from this company, I needed a product next day and there was no option to select next day even though they state next day is available, I went ahead and ordered, then immediately sent a message asking for the next day option, I had nobody reply but had a message to say it had been dispatched.
I certainly won’t be using the company again and looking at the other reviews I’m sure I’m not the last.....

Fantastic packaging!
I must say this product was very well packed, I think it could have fallen off the top of a building and still been ok! Many thanks 👌🏻

Fell apart
This item was bought as a gift for my parents, the top panel was cracked as it’s not very strong and in turn allowed water to enter.
Certainly not robust enough for outside in my opinion but would be ok inside.
