Perfect results

We had to return the first one as it was defective. Second one worked like a charm. We have used it for chicken and steaks. Very easy to get perfect results. Chicken is tender and full of flavor. Ribeyes came out perfect medium rare with no guess work. Previously we rarely bought steaks as we had a hard time cooking them right. This took all the guessing out.
