  The soundbar came with all the original accessories and packaging. There was a bit of a delay in shipping, but I’m not mad because 1) I was told upfront it was Golden Week (a Japanese holiday) so I should expect a mild delay, 2) the seller was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything the that originally came in the box (optical audio cable, original remote, and all the paperwork explaining advanced features) even though the listing advertised only the base system.

  Package was delivered in good time. Overall condition was what was shown in the photos so no qualms there. Only odd thing is seller stated item had shipped but didn't update eBay, when I asked about that they then told me the shipment was cancelled even though I was getting notifications for shipping? Might have had me confused with a different buyer. But overall would buy from this seller again.
