  Ordered mic system and gave it to installers after I received it. System worked for 5 minutes, and then a loud pop was heard along with constant static. sked for a new system, and was told he would send a partial replacement. Has been two months, and nothing. I would not recommend buying any of this seller's products

  I have contacted the seller many times and I still have a microphone system that was purchased from them that is faulty. They sent me a piece for me to fix, but this piece can only be replaced by a service technician at a considerable cost! I have paid 329.00 CAD for this item, and had no choice but to rent some microphones when needed , at my cost, meanwhile their faulty tem is just sitting here. I would like to stop wasting time .I would like to have my money back including damages.

  I cannot be held responsible for poor installation of the microphone system. I sent new boards for replacement. The buyer did not replace them.
