excellent quality and value
I agree with other reviewers that these are an excellent set of panniers, even compared to MUCH higher-priced versions. The finish of the boxes and the quality and smoothness of the latches are outstanding. The mounting racks are also of very high quality, though the cross bar that attaches the two sides together ended up about 1" off-center on mine. I don't know what I could have done wrong to cause that, but no one will probably ever notice except me. You will be determining where the boxes hang on the racks and drilling them out accordingly. I will caution that you have to be very careful in matching up where you drill the mounting holes on the two boxes to ensure symmetry. If you are off just a little bit, it will show in the position in which they hang. I also recommend putting the boxes as high up and as far back as you can tolerate (keeping in mind what that will do to weight distribution) to make it less likely that you will clip your legs with the boxes, for example, slow speed u-turns or falling down. But overall, I am super-pleased with the entire set-up and the price. Highly recommend.

Easy to install, works great
Relatively easy to install, instructions as needed. I've had it on the water since installation and works as it should.

Bolted right on, ran great right out of the box.
I was dubious about a cheap fender from an overseas country that doesn't exactly have the best reputation for quality. But I figured it was worth the gamble. It looked exactly like the original carb, bolted on easily, quality looks similar to the stock carburetor, and it ran great right out of the box. Great stock replacement carb for a cheap price.
