  Buyer Feedback was completely unfair. -I pride myself on selling items exactly as described, to the best of my ability. -I powered up the headphones and did verify they were able to play music and control functionality worked fine on my end, for this $26 dollar item. -Buyer claimed they could not pair them to their device. From communication, it was obvious the buyer wasn't tech savvy and so it was more efficient for me to issue them a full credit (without asking for return of the item).

  "Buyer claimed they could not pair them to their device" False, I claimed that the battery was faulty, and they would not take charge. It is obvious that the seller is fabricating-storytelling-falsifier.
