Ligthweight with great features
This is the smallest pedometer that I have found that is also accurate! It is not a simple ball bearing switch sensor. The brains of it actually reads the step bounce profile to determine when you have taken a real step. Its' slim case fits easily into regular and watch pockets, under waist bands, and other small spaces. Don't just leave it dangling because that causes erroneous readings. The seven day memory of all functions allows me to (manually) transfer their values into a data logger app on my ipod touch once a week, usually on Sundays, and from there I am able to plot my activity over months. It does not connect directly to a computer or handheld device. The battery lasts well over a year. The display is large and clear enough for me to see without my glasses on. However, it is not back lit so you can not see it in the dark. On the 'Black with Yellow' lettering model, the text on the push buttons wear off after a year or so of daily use, but by then you're very familiar with the buttons and don't really need the text. It is just more of a bad / used appearance issue. The clock keeps fairly accurate time, maybe a few minutes of error over the coarse of a year. Over all, I highly recommend this pedometer.
