Great historical insight
A very good book on historical knife (dagger) fighting. The book is put together superbly. Color photos, well laid out, well written. Pleasantly surprised.

A Masterful biography on a man who helped to introduce karate to the world
Great book on a great martial artist. Really explains a lot about the tribulations of a karateka that left his family many times behind to build up karate in Europe, Africa, Canada, etc. A lot of triumphs and obstacles. Gives a lot of insights into the JKA as an organzition as well. Great book loaded with personal photos. I highly recommend it.
