SLOW TO HEAT
1 of 1 found this helpful Good size, look good. As far as heating up took an extremely long time to heat up. A lot of fry pan but did not do the job of frying. The price should be reduced.. Never in the history of owning cookware have I had this type of experience. I have pans of various material and they all heat up quickly including the cheaper cookware.. Affected what I was frying due to the slowness. You want a pan that cooks slow this is the pan for you! Minus a star for the price and minus a star for the usage I tried using it 2 times. Did not work for me.

QUALITY UNIVERSAL COOKING LID
It is a quality product, not cheap, but heavy glass and silicon, it has some weight to it. It can be put to used on different size pot and pan. At first I thought I may have paid too much but after receiving and inspecting it I thought to myself wow this lid is impressive. I think I want one in grey and one in dark blue if I can find it in that color. I do recommend this product.

Poor Display Of Professionalism
First off be sincere about what you are selling to a customer. I would not sent customers opened used products stating they are new. Neither were cleaned or wiped, very greasy and the bag that one was put in was greasy as well. These may have been used samples. This is disgusting I am very disappointed. I was hot when upon opening the plastic that the two were shipped in together was already showing. Not secured in thin bubble wrap and both were sticking out of the end I had started to open.
