Whaling in the Golden Age & the CW MORGAN
Hard to find histories from these early years of photography. The narrative is interesting but all in a general sense. Captain ‘s logs and oral histories. All very interesting and a good look at the life at that time. (Cowboys didn’t keep logbooks, factual information is limited.on them.)The photos are good and the art work will give an informative understanding of whaling at that time. As an aside, the original photos should be rescanned with modern technology and printing. All histories from the 60’s up need this also.
The book was worth the money. As a model builder it provided some flavor of whaling shipboard life.

Ad some of the human element to your study or model building!
Informative and very artful. B&W line drawings as in pencil sketches. I am building a few model whale ships from the industry and these drawings help fill in some of the "flavor". There may be lots of sources with photographs, but this is a nice, comfortable bit of art work. Some drawings have a perspective from an angle that there are no photographs of. He includes many crew members in the drawings. First published in 1932. Also contains some line drawings of the ship and boats used. All in all, not a bad investment for those interested.

Low Profile comes in very handy!
Quality made product with the same general features as a "normal" servo. This one can fit in tight spaces with out sacrificing power or structural stability.
