My favorite pre-workout powder!
This is my favorite daily pre-workout. It gives me the energy I need without any jitters or headaches like others I have tried. Just enough but not too much. Watermelon is my favorite flavor!

The Bold 9000 is a well made device with an easy to use keyboard.
I have been a fan of "Blackberry" phones for awhile. When my Blackberry Curve 8520 suffered from the dreaded WSOD- I purchased the Blackberry Bold 9000. The Bold is Larger and Heavier than the Curve but with much of the same features. The Bold has a Trackball- but I like the Track-pad on The Curve better. The Bolds keyboard is easier to use and it seems to be a well made phone. Overall I like the Bold 9000 but will probably go back to the Curve in the future because I like the smaller, lighter model with the track-pad better.
