Good condition
I like the fact it is a larger pattern. I am a regular size 12 however, in patterns I like to go larger since they typically run smaller.

Rubber sole
They have that sturdy rubber sole, so my dogs can't "flip me" as they hustle past me on our wood floors!

Essential reading for clothing designers/seamstresses
I purchased a copy of this book in 1984 when I entered Fashion Design school. It was a required text book. I have referred to it ever since. However, a couple of years ago our basement flooded where my design room was and though I saved this book amoung others it was damaged to where I could not open all the pages. So I have been searching for the exact same book since. I am happy to have a usable copy again.
