I bought this for making L Ruteri yogurt. Mix a TBS with the L. Ruteri each batch you make, you culture it for 36 hours at 99 degrees F. make a paste with organic half and half, then mix in the rest of the half and half 1 liter.

like new; was able to save the old one.

For $30 to replace dead battery, and watch a you tube video on how to clean vacuum. I refurbished my own with some time, a couple of tools and & $30.
