5 of 6 found this helpful Directions aren't very good. You have to kind of 'figure it out' yourself. The replacement tape is more expensive that the item. The tape it comes with doesn't last long. I wanted to label 100 file folders. I got 1/2 way through and the tape ran out. Also, it goes through batteries like crazy. It must really drain the 4 AA batteries it requires. Keep in mind this is also an expensive and it does not come with batteries initially either. I probably wouldn't have purchased it, had I know all of these things before hand. I should have done my homework. I will use it and get myself organized. Also, it was cheaper to get the replacement tape through an office supply store than through the order form included with the product from Brother. I am talking way cheaper for the same exact item. Brother wanted like $17 and I got the same product for $11.00 - that's a 35% savings.

Books was very short and predictable
I was disappointed - usually James Patterson does a better job. I often listen to books on cd again. This one will be donated - it was basically a throw away :(
