A smart buyer knows a steal when he see's one.
These boards have a known video issue, and I assume that this is what was "Refurbished" on this one. I had purchased a similar board in the past for much more than I paid for this one, and the video blew out on it again after only a few weeks.
The price for this one was worth taking a chance on another poor refurbish job.
The board is running flawlessly, and so far there are no issues with the video after a month of use.
The "Manufacture Refurbished' advertised for this board seems to be a superior repair.
I'm very happy with this board, and If I can get a years use out of it, it would be well worth the cost.

Best CPU Upgrade for Dell Inspiron 1521
I purchased this CPU to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 1521 Laptop, it was running the Turion 64 X2 @ 1.7GHz. although it was only an increase of 500MHz, my laptop ran incredibly faster, but also hotter. For sheer speed AMD's are much better than Intels, but have a shorter lifespan.
This processor upgrade was just what I needed to squeeze that last bit of performance from my laptop, best buy I've made in a long time.

Great Memory, Great Price!
I bought 16GB for a Dell Precision T7400 than was having issues with a different brand of Memory. It ran perfectly with this memory, so I bought 16GB more!
16GB for $14.99 is less than $1 per Gig! The value on this speaks for itself.
Lots of quality memory, at a great price.
