  BUYER BEWARE!!! This seller is a scammer!! I bought 2 access points of a certain model (catalyst 9105) and I received old 3602 (very old). This was done ON PURPOSE, because the boxes are from catalyst 9100 access points so the seller took out the correct one and shipped the old ones. There’s no mistake here. I tried contacting them but of course they went silent. They probable operate a huge scam ring, I’ll opening up a dispute and contact the police

  I am sorry but you are not telling the truth, He took the new ones out, then put old ones in the box and took pictures of these old AP's. I have reported this buyer and expect this to be removed. I tried to refund, but he never returned the part, so why would that be if they are the a scam, also Ebay offered the return and I agreed, but you did something different and canceled the return. I'm still fine taking hte part back and giving a refund, even though the matter seems to be closed

  I understand with shipping there can be issues. Apparently, the shipping company didn't quite take care of my shipment the way they should have and I received damaged goods I could not use. Most sellers would rightfully just refer a buyer to the shipping company to get reimbursed. Mike stepped up and took care of everything for me. Absolutely reputable seller with the kind of awesome business ethics one can only dream of these days. I would buy from Mike again!

  The customer did receive the laptop and the bios said no hard drive. I immediately new the hard drive must have come loose. I immediately without issue offered a full refund and paid return shipping. this quote is from his email response. First send me the replacement, then I'll send it back" we all know that isn't wise, I could get burned. So this guy is a bit hostile for nothing, and then said for me to just give him 50.00 off. I didn't even ask him to reset the hard drive, just ofrd refund
