Let's clear this up
The remote most folks are after is the xr2 or the xr5 this is the xr11 while the functionality of this remote is darn good it does not have the functionality of the other two it is not preactivated you will have to go through the process of activating this remote of course this is typical with any remote even the remotes that you get from your cable or satellite provider are not pre activated or programed in this instance that's okay. It seems to get confused with voice commands at times but most of the time is right on. As far as my recommendations just know that you're not getting an xr2 or xr5 device and you are only buying one remote not 3 and you're good to go.
