Great tv if it would stay on

Love the tv and picture quality. The tv shuts off at least twice a day for no reason. Usually once every hour. Tried to reset and also sent an email over 24 hours ago to this company with no response. So beware of purchasing. Looks and sounds great but does not stay on.
