First, the seller said I needed to cancel the order, and I informed them I could not cancel it on my own; they (the seller) had to take action and cancel the item. I contacted this seller several times, asking for an update to see if the order had been canceled, and I got no resolution. The seller gives me the run-around and says eBay is making it difficult to cancel, and the seller has to go through many obstacles to cancel
