Open Top 55 gal Drum Lid
1 of 1 found this helpful This cover fit perfectly over an “open” top 55gal drum. Snapped on and stayed in place and then with a little leverage it came off. So it fits snug. This would not be the case with a “closed” 55 gal drum as there is no removable locking rim. Some have complained it doesn’t fit snuggly on-top of a 55 gal drum. That’s because the locking rim on an “open” drum adds about 1” which takes up the extra space to snug this top up. Works perfectly.
