1/2" STRAIGHT SHANK TO 3/8"-24 THREADED DRILL CHUCK ARBOR HARDENED ADAPTER

seems accurate enough for me.

the shank reads .4995 with no taper and the chuck screws on tightly. Have not checked how square but cant imagine it being worse than the actual chuck body to jaws. I believe its good enough for me as Its for a hobby lathe tailstock.
