Retire this old clunk of junk!
Went with this product for a conference at the suggestion of our event planner and wish I would have done my research!. Literally hours went into setting this up and eventually had to contact support. We were unable to edit font size type or position. We needed to print on clear labels but could only print on thick white lablels diminishing the aesthetic of the badge.. I felt like I was back in the1980s dealing with thie label creating interface. The labels were too large for our badges so they had to be cut down to size. The troubles we had slowed down our registration process significantly. Could not be more disappointed with this product.
