NOT PLEASED WITH MY PRODUCT,I FEEL I GOT RIPPED OFF.
I'm not happy with my I-pad. it's defective. i don't get a full screen,theres a black line going through the middle of the screen. a friend of mine who is a computer tech told me it may cost $200 to be fixed. can something be done about this? i feel i've wasted money. im not much on technology,so it took me awhile to find someone to help me out. i wasn't sure of what the black line was on the screen,til my friend looked at it. i hope to get a` response back. oh and the battery was very low. not a good product. i actually got it for my boyfriend for christmas,cuz he can't afford a new one,and neither can I.
