Only one complaint

I love Speck cases and thought this one sounded really cool with its anti-microbial finish. My only complaint is that you have to take the case off to mute or unmute your phone because they have a funny knob covering the opening and it isn’t functional. Taking the case off and on is cumbersome and risks damage to the phone. That should have been designed better if they wanted to seal the phone in the case.
