Acceptable
The original flip key is a bit tight in the replacement fob. I hope this will wear in eventually, otherwise I'll have to keep using my thumb to flip the key out. I had to make small adjustments when moving the internal board as it wouldn't sit correctly. The plastic doesn't feel as good as the original but £7 and a bit of DIY for a replacement fob is a bargain. I would recommend this item but only if you're willing to accept the lower quality.

Replacement Part
I purchased this door lock to replace my faulty one. It was posted and arrived quickly. The part was new. It doesn't fit perfectly but it works fine. I would recommend purchasing this part over a scrap.
