Make sure you get an authentic pair. Chinese fakes are terrible.
These are among the best earbud headphones available.
That is if you get an authentic pair. There are Chinese fakes on the market that are terrible.
The real phones have incredible bass response, and remarkable volume, good imaging, and can stand up to the best over-the-ear headphones. Handy volume control built onto the wire. Durable construction.
The only time mine have gotten damaged is if I stepped on them!
The real phones, if purchased new, come with a small plastic wind up case. Of course, if purchased used may or may not include the case.
There are two physical characteristics to tell the difference between real and fake. One is that on the real ones the length of the left and right wires are identical. On fakes they are not. The other characteristic is that the mini plug on real ones is an angled plug (90 degrees) with a silver tip. The fakes are a straight plug with gold tip.
(fakes have a volume control also.)
If you are considering purchasing a pair, make sure you ask the seller if the L&R cord lengths are identical and if the plug is angled or straight.
THE CORRECT ANSWER IS BOTH CORDS IDENTICAL AND ANGLED PLUG. anything else is a fake!
If you get a real pair, you will be blown away by the performance. If you get a fake, they will sound like cheap crap, which they are.

HRH Korean Keyboard cover
Excellent cover, Highly recommended. Fits (older) macbook pro perfectly. No slip, skin well contoured to the keys. Equally sized Hangul and English letters. Easy to see both. Black key pads on a clear skin. Backlight shows through. Good tactile feel,, seems like durable material.. My deal included a second see-through skin which I use on my old G5 keyboard.

Not what I expected
For a genuine Yamaha case, I was a bit disappointed at the minimal padding. It does suffice as a carrying case, but I did expect it to be a bit more shock protective. I would consider this to be a light duty case. better than a bag, but not as protective as it could be. I say this, having had other Yamaha soft cases that were VERY protective with lots of thick padding.
I will keep it but will probably throw a blanket inside to be a bit more shock absorbent. For the questions about value, recommendation and enjoyment, I wish there was a middle rating labeled "kind of".
Also The single handle is pretty long. When carrying the keyboard, the bottom edge of the case is down around my ankles, and if I have to pick the bag over an obstacle, I have to lift the strap above my shoulder. It's cumbersome to carry. I wish the handle was closer to the top of the case. I ended up modifying mine, cutting it shorter and re-attaching with shoe goo...which works very well, BTW.
All in all, it does the job, and I will keep it, but the quality is not what I would expect from Yamaha.
