No color on DVD, no picture on VHS tape
0 of 1 found this helpful The VHS has sound but no picture. The DVD has sound and picture but is in BLACK AND WHITE! The rep from Directv was on lthe phone for over half an hour helping me and he did get everything hooked up to the point where I got to the first two lines. But from then on he couldn't help me. Please get in touch with the man, Kevin, I believe who sold this to me. Maybe he can help me. I paid $75.00 for this unti, way more than the other ones I've seen, so I would really appreciate some help with this. Thank you.

I have had a Kodak C875 for over well over ten years and it has functioned perfectly until now. For some reason it started saying the disk had to be formatted and won't let me go any further and I've tried everything to fix it, but to no avail. It's a great little camera and the function I'e used most is the picture perfect mode where you click onto it and the camera automatically lightens or darkens the picture and you have the option of canceling the old picture or keeping the revised one. I can recommend this camera with full confidence..
