  This user was very communicative. He was on vacation when I ordered the item and offered a refund right away, but we decided on a delayed shipment. It came clean and packaged very nicely. It LOOKS in good condition. Unfortunately I can't get it to work and think it may be broken, but I have to note the listing does not promise that it works. Sadly it will be a while before i can pay off the credit I'd went under to get this to try again for one but that's not on the seller either.

  Dear Katrina! Thank you for your comments and positive feedback. I am certain the printer works but you just need to learn how to properly operate it. It was my son's printer and I can ask him how to operate it. At the same time you may want to go to troubleshooting for this model in the manual or Brother's website or call their technical support, assuming you get through, and request assistance. If neither works, please describe the problem and I'll ask my son to assist. Thank you!

  Bad transaction. I paid promptly and received only one message from the seller stating the date the item would be shipped. I waited patiently well after the promised ship date. I contacted the seller several times and received no response or status of the order. I will not do business with this seller again.

  Dear Cognito28! I regret your experience. I had to travel on business overseas in mid-November for several weeks but did not return to the US till the end of January. It so happened that I lost my phone and I wasn't able to receive verification messages from eBay to sign in to my account and cancel the deal. Once again my apologies! Better later than never!
