Sitram Profiserie Saute Pan - 11.0 inch

Great while they were made.

Mine is the older model with copper cladding on the bottom. Sitram now uses aluminum cladding which I think is to satisfy induction cooking. However, the aluminum is far inferior to heat dispersion compared to the older copper clad model.
