Speed and durability.
I have used this same drive for several years without issue until we had a serious grid failure that caused the electricity to flutter on and off, with the associated surges that finally killed the drive and messed up my wife's computer. The drive ran for several years before this incident, 24 hours a day, 7-days a week supporting 8 cameras recording in HD 1080p. Videos were pulled and recorded from the drive on several occasions to support police reports and never failed to function perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

Inexpensive repeat cycle 120VAC timer w-12VDC on pcb, max 2,500 watts @ 10 amp 250 VAC relay.
A great product at this price for what it does. Many such timers require separate power supply and some need triggering. Both on and off times are separately variable from 1 to 20 seconds (without added resistance) and the 12VDC-powered relay is rated to 10 amps @ 250VAC (2,500 watts!). All in a low profile 50x50mm pcb, with screw-tightened connections (no soldering needed) for both input and relay connections, leds show both power indication and relay operation. It is a stable circuit, and fused, with pre-drilled mounting holes on corners. I have purchased a large number of these, none of which has failed in constant use.
