Bob Gadja training visionary
Bob Gadja is someone I got to know. He trained me, gave recovery therapy, guided my future conditioning,
I have many of the training aids mentioned in the book. After more than 40 years it is perfectly up to date.

Cheezie copy of Trollope's first novel with condensed type
This is a "hard to read" cheezie copy of Trollope's first novel. It may be out of print, and hard to find any copy, but this, like some other reproductions is terrible for your eyes. Small condensed type crammed onto the page. Hardly an enjoyable read. Like all Trollope novels, the book is an important literary item, but it would be nicer to enjoy it with a suitable copy

Best value long sleeve tee shirt
If you want a good value on a good long sleeve tee shirt this is perfect, Easy to spend 3 or 4 times the price for something that is no different except you are paying for a brand. Hanes is just as good!
