Great product, saved a bundle.
First of all, you need two working keys (not clones from one another).
I bought these keys, took them to a local locksmith and had them cut both for $6, and programmed them following the instructions on my owner's manual, and wala!
The dealer wanted $260 for one key.
My local locksmith wanted $185.
I had to go to several locksmiths to find someone to cut a key they were not supplying.
I went to Walmart and Ace Hardware, but they wouldn't.
I think a mom and pop shop is better.

I received the wrong part.
The quality seems ok. The problem was that the shaft going into the manual transmission was a bit long. When I installed it, it didn't seat correctly and when I put the oil back, it leaked. I didn't have time to request an exchange or money to buy a new one from the local auto parts store. I ended up taking it apart and installing the old shaft into the new part. This voided the warranty.
