  The temperature control was listed as new in box, received it and was clearly used, missing screws, knock out was used and item doesn't work. Clearly selling used parts that don't work. Not even the same item as pictured, box is tattered and falling apart with red x most likely indicating bad. Attempted communication but have not received a reply, listing says no return and I understand why.
