Misleading

I ordered these thinking they had adjustable dampers. If you click on item description it’s a different picture of what is actually being sold. So I took a leap of faith, however when I received them they did not in fact have the adjustable damper. I messaged the seller. I offered to drive over since they are local, and exchange the product. Easy enough right? I even offered to pay the difference as I wanted them as a Xmas present. The person who responded said they do not service people locally. They stated I’d have to ship back the ones I received (at my expense), then I’d have to pay the difference of the cost for the ones with the adjustable dampers. (Which I totally was onboard with). However they did say I had to pay another shipping fee. That’s where they lost me. I agreed to go out of my way and physically drive out there and gladly pay the difference. The least they can do is pick up the shipping on the new set, since their product description is misleading. Leave all that alone, I installed them on my girls car, and they are noisy as heck! Feels like your riding around in a 1970 Datsun. Everyone on eBay do yourself a favor and save a few bucks more and order a reputable brand that stands behind their product and is actually willing to make you happy. These suck and so does the return policy and customer service. Happy Holliday’s all.

Highly recommend for someone who isn’t interested in RGB cuteness and is focused on performance and high airflow rates. Be aware these are plugged into a wall socket and not powered by a motherboard/pc power supply. These are the real deal! Perfect for extreme push pull config.
