Great Book!
3 of 3 found this helpful Whether you are a serious cyclist or just a weekend warrior this book would be very useful. Covers everything from basic tire maintenance and air pressure all the way up to more advanced topics to tweaking a bike for professionals. With many large photos it is easy to read and could save you money by doing basic repairs yourself. Certainly the cost of the book will be returned to you by the savings you will enjoy by dong the basic repairs and maintenance outlined in this book.

Excellent Product
I like the variety of resistance bands with the Ib amount marked. The handles are also comfortable.
