Excellent for the price.
Very good sound quality, plenty of bass response - not sure how they get so much more bass out of the same drivers as the E9s, but they do. Nice that the noise cancelling is a button instead of a switch - that way it turns off when the headphones are turned off instead of forgetting and running the battery down with the noise cancelling feature running while the headphones are laying on the desk... Sound quality seems to be on par with my old Bose qc2's that broke - and they don't fix them any more - and much better price than the new versions of the Bose. Only flaw so far seems to be that using the noise cancelling kind of washes out the midrange and makes the bass a bit sloppy and less "tight" - so just leave noise cancelling off when listening to music.
