Ear pads that work

Chair has great features, but beware of second party (lower cost) issues
The product I received had a broken part. The part was the handle on the foot rest adjustment screw. It was not replaceable. The chair performs as expected. But had to use plyers for adjustments.
The chair is excellent, except for the above issue.

Performs Back Pressure as expected
It does what it is intended to do. Easy to install as a replacement for an older unit.
