I recommend the book, not the seller
I got the book from the library and read it first. I wanted to make sure I would like it. Well it's such a great book that I've decided to purchase it for my personal library.
I HIGHLY recommend the book. The author does a great job at weaving real life examples/stories between his research which does an excellent job at supporting his research. For anyone that wants to better understand how to motivate themselves, their direct reports, their team, etc., you should buy this, take notes, and put the information to use!
