My only issue was that the box it arrived in was damaged and luckily the handle was loose in the box after the zip tie had snapped. Maybe a chat with the manufacturer about making the box more secure and provide additional support, as the claws were sticking out & could of been dangerous, but we all know couriers don't care how they handle parcels

Box had been cut open with a sharp implement , and parcel tape partially removed,prior to being handed over . (I showed the postwoman before she drove away.) All intact ,thank goodness. Left my parcel beside my front door and did not leave a delivery card, I live on a main road. Luckily I looked on ebay to see a message informing me that my parcel had been delivered, had I not looked on ebay then the parcel would have stayed on my front step overnight
