  The items were exactly as described (new, with original tags). Delivery was earlier than suggested (yay!). The shipping cost of $14.10 was ~$3 higher than predicted on the website of $11.20, but I considered the item's base cost very reasonable. These were identical replacement shoes or I would not have taken a chance on the "returns not accepted" policy. I am very pleased with the purchase.
