Make sure all pieces are there!
It came without a plug!!!!! I cannot use it without a way to keep the air in it!!!!!!!!!! I am mostly bed fast, & only have one bed! I got this for my Daughter or my Grand & Great-Grandchildren to have a bed to sleep on when they visit... I can't afford to send it back or buy a new one!

Caftan runs smaller than USA sizes!!!
4 of 4 found this helpful Beautiful, & very lightweight!! It is just sized differently than USA sizes! It is a "One Size", but instead of it being at least a xtra large- it is a med-lg... I like mine to be roomy!!! These are not for women larger than a 12-14... I wear a 16 & it is not roomy after putting it on...
